DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In case of a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances,
shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Customers are requested to allow extra time for delivery during such situations.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For domestic orders below Rs. 5,000, a standard shipping fee of Rs. 110/- is applicable.
For orders above Rs. 5,000 and up to Rs. 20,000, a discounted shipping fee of Rs. 80 is applicable.
For orders above 20,000, no shipping charges are applicable.
The estimated delivery time for all the above orders is 5 to 7 working days.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/message containing your tracking number.
The tracking details will typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to monitor your shipment status.

DAMAGES
Zariyaa is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive a damaged order, you are advised to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Please ensure that all packaging materials and damaged items are retained until the claim process is completed.
