SHIPPING POLICY


Thank you for visiting and shopping with Zariyaa. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In case of a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Customers are requested to allow extra time for delivery during such situations. If there is a significant delay in dispatching your order, our team will notify you via email or phone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For domestic orders above ₹5,000, standard shipping is free and the estimated dispatch time is 2 to 3 weeks.
For orders below ₹5,000, a shipping fee of ₹100 is applicable, with an estimated dispatch time of 2 to 3 weeks.
Express shipping is available at a charge of ₹400, with an estimated dispatch time of 1 to 2 weeks.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available, and charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and order details.
The estimated dispatch time for international orders is 3 to 4 weeks. Additional charges such as customs duties, taxes,
or import fees may apply depending on the destination country and must be borne by the customer.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
The tracking details will typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to monitor your shipment status.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Zariyaa is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be applied to international orders.
All such fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES

Zariyaa is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive a damaged order, you are advised to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Please ensure that all packaging materials and damaged items are retained until the claim process is completed.
