Return & Exchange Policy


Thank you for shopping with Zariyaa. 
We take great care in crafting each piece and hope you love what you receive.
If something isn’t quite right, please review our policy below for clear guidance on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

POLICY APPLICABILITY & EFFECTIVE DATE

This policy applies exclusively to products purchased from Zariyaa and is effective from 20 January 2026. 
All orders placed on or after this date are fully governed by this policy. Orders placed before this date are not eligible
for refunds to the original payment method; however, they may be eligible for store credit,
subject to return eligibility and successful quality checks.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused,
unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled, and must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact and the tamper-proof ribbon seal fully attached. Orders once processed cannot be cancelled. Items that have already been exchanged are not eligible for further return or exchange. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection upon receipt, and 
Zariyaa reserves
the right to approve or reject any request that does not meet these conditions.

RETURNS

To initiate a return, customers must use the official Return & Exchange Portal available on the Zariyaa website. 
A return pickup fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund value. Items returned with missing tags, 
a broken ribbon seal, or any signs of wear or use will not be accepted. Once received,
all returned products will be inspected within 2 business days.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY & MODES

Refund eligibility depends on both the payment method and the time of return initiation.
For prepaid orders, returns initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery are eligible for a refund
to the original payment method. If the return is initiated within 15 days, the refund will be issued as store credit.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible only for store credit if returned within 15 days of delivery.

REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE

Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection,
refunds are initiated within 24 to 48 hours. Store credit typically reflects within a few hours in the customer’s account.
Refunds to the original payment method may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect, depending on banking and
payment gateway timelines. Zariyaa is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or third-party providers.

STORE CREDIT TERMS

Store credit is issued to the customer’s Zariyaa account and is non-transferable.
It is valid for 365 days from the date of issuance and can be used only for future purchases.
In cases where an order is partially paid using store credit and partially via prepaid methods,
the store credit portion will be refunded back to the store credit balance,
while the prepaid portion will be refunded to the original payment method.

EXCHANGES

To initiate an exchange, customers must use the Return & Exchange Portal on the Zariyaa website.
A shipping fee of ₹150 applies to exchanges. Once the returned item is received and approved after inspection within 2 to 3 business days, the exchange process will begin, and the replacement product will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange; however, they may be exchanged if the customer agrees to pay the difference to the original full price along with the applicable shipping fee.
Once upgraded, the item cannot revert to clearance status.

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Certain items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. These include products purchased during clearance sales,
heavily discounted sale events, lingerie, swimwear, customized items, and gift cards.
These exclusions are clearly communicated on relevant product or sale pages.

TAMPER-PROOF RIBBON POLICY

All products are shipped with a tamper-proof branded ribbon stating:
“DO NOT REMOVE UNLESS SATISFIED WITH FIT - RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THIS TAG IS REMOVED OR TAMPERED WITH.
” Returns and exchanges are accepted only if this ribbon remains fully intact. Any removal, damage,
or tampering of the ribbon will result in automatic rejection of the request, as the item will be considered used.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the event that a customer receives a damaged or defective product, it must be reported within 2 days of delivery. 
A clear unboxing video is mandatory for verification purposes, and no claims will be accepted without this evidence.
Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video for all orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are not eligible for free returns or exchanges. 
Customers may request a return by bearing the return shipping cost or request an exchange
by covering both return and re-shipping charges. Refunds for international orders
are issued only as store credit. Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

U.S. ORDERS – DUTIES & TARIFFS

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import fees,
or tariffs as determined by local authorities. These charges are not included in the product
or shipping price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Zariyaa is not responsible for any customs delays
or additional charges once the shipment reaches its destination.

POLICY ABUSE & FINAL DECISION

All returns and exchanges are subject to final approval after inspection.
Zariyaa reserves the right to reject returns that fail quality checks or to restrict future returns
in cases of excessive or suspicious activity. All decisions made by Zariyaa are final and binding.
