We take great care in delivering each piece and hope you love what you receive.
If something isn’t quite right, please review our policy below for clear guidance on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

POLICY APPLICABILITY
This policy applies exclusively to products purchased from Zariyaa.
All orders placed are fully governed by this policy.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Such requests are applicable in cases of size issues, receipt of an incorrect items or receipt of damaged or defective product.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Orders once processed cannot be cancelled. Items that have already been exchanged are not eligible for further return or exchange.
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection upon receipt. Zariyaa reserves the right to approve or reject any request that does not meet these conditions. Non-returnable items: Sale items, products damaged due to customer use, or any item marked as non-refundable.

RETURNS
To initiate a return customer must write us at info@shopzariyaa.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9361622269 within 5 days from the date of delivery.
A return support fee of Rs. 50 is applicable. This can either be paid upfront or deducted from the store credit issued.
Items with missing tags or signs of wear/use will not be accepted.
Returned products will be inspected within 2 business days of receipt.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY & MODES
Refunds, subject to the conditions mentioned above, will be issued only in the form of Zariyaa Store Credit.

REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE
Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection,
refunds are initiated within 2 to 3 business days. Store credit typically reflects within a few hours in the customer’s account.

STORE CREDIT TERMS
Store credit is issued to the customer’s Zariyaa account and is non-transferable.
It is valid for 365 days from the date of issuance and can be used only for future purchases.
In cases where an order is partially paid using existing store credit and partially via prepaid methods,
the used store credit portion will not be reissued and the prepaid portion will be issued back as new store credit.

EXCHANGES
To initiate an exchange, customer must write us at info@shopzariyaa.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9361622269 within 5 days from the date of delivery.
A shipping fee of Rs.50 applies to exchanges. Once the returned item is received and approved after inspection within 2 to 3 business days, the exchange process will begin, and the replacement product will be dispatched within 5 business days.
All exchanges are subject to availability. Clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
In the event that a customer receives a damaged or defective product, it must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
A clear photo showing damage or defect is mandatory for verification purposes, and no claims will be accepted without this evidence.

POLICY ABUSE & FINAL DECISION
All returns and exchanges are subject to final approval after inspection.
Zariyaa reserves the right to reject returns that fail quality checks or to restrict future returns
in cases of excessive or suspicious activity. All decisions made by Zariyaa are final and binding.
